Error running Centrality Mapper

Hello

I use ArcMap 10.5 and have created a Linkage Mapper Network and tried to carry out the "Centrality Mapper" but got the following error message (also provided as in the attached jpg):

ERROR: No Circuitscape output found. It looks like Circuitscape failed.

I have installed Circuitscape, both the standalone software and the ArcGIS plugin.

Any ideas why this tool fails?

Hello Mattias,

It may be that you are not using the python version of Circuitscape.  (v 4.0.7).  You can get that from here: https://linkagemapper.org/Downloads/

If that is not the issue, please send the full .txt  version of the log files for both the successful linkage pathways run and the errant centrality mapper run.

Hi again,

I tried using Linkage Mapper version 2.0 for ArcGIS 10.5 instead. However, I got the same error, but now with some additional information. What can be the cause of this?

Hello Matthais,

Please use the latest (or near latest) version of linkage mapper: v3.0.0 here: https://linkagemapper.org/Downloads/  

I suggest you use the tutorials with sample data in the user guide to first run Linkage Pathways, then centrality mapper (with Circuitscape v 4.0.7 on your machine).  If you can get it to run with the sample data and not your data please post the log files from your two runs (LP and Centrality Mapper) with your data.
