Error in Step 3 of Climate Linkage Mapper & Possible to Resume from Previous Progress?

I have been running Step 3 of the tool for about ten days. Everything was working fine until it reached patch 808, where it suddenly encountered an error with the following error code:

To investigate, I tested patches 800–817 separately, and they processed without any issues. I am unsure what caused this problem—could you provide any guidance on resolving it?
Additionally, is there a way to avoid rerunning the entire process from the beginning? Since processing patches 1–807 has already taken me ten days, I would greatly appreciate any method that allows me to resume from where it left off and save time.
