Hi all!

I have been using linkage mapper to run some multi-species analyses, but have been stuck on creating Priority Linkages. So far I have built the network linkages, ran pinch-point mapper, and subsequently ran centrality analysis. (Running centrality analysis from the pinch-point mapper for some reason only returned values of -1, so I had to re-run the tool).

However, when running linkage priority I consistently get the same error:

"Clipping NLCC rasters to CWD threshold
Failed to execute. Parameters are not valid.
ERROR 000865: Input raster: 10_13 does not exist.
Failed to execute (ExtractByAttributes)"

I checked and this raster should exist:
LinkagePriorityError.PNG

I've attached the full log below, any help is greatly appreciated!

All the best,
Elina

Hello Elina,

It looks like the raster in folder 10_13 got corrupted somehow.  Can you look at the raster from one of the other folders, and then look at the one in 10_13 ?  If no, I suggest running Linkgae pathways and then linkage priority again.  (you can use the same settings so you do not need to redo the others.)  (Make sure you make a new project directory and use that.)  If yes, is it different in any way, maybe that is a clue.  If no, try rebooting your entire computer and try linkage priority again.

Good luck to you and the Bush Pig!

-John
