the links follow the pattern

for $1 $2 corresponding to the parameters behind download_lf_part1

Above script for downloading the dataset is for the Linux. For windows we have to download the wget binary from the link: https://eternallybored.org/misc/wget/ .and copy that binary to C:\Windows\System32. Then script would works fine for the windows.
