We are facing an issue in LiFE while opening for transcribing.

Please try using Firefox. This was told earlier as well. The app will not work properly on other browsers. Please let us know if you are facing similar issues in Firefox as well. Also please send us a screen recording in order to see what you were doing when a specific issue arises. This will help us understand the issue better and resolve quickly.
