Import error in my project

hello prof,
in my dsp project of training a CNN based architecture to identfy sounds, i, in a venv setup installed librosa, it is present in the on-site-packages, but it always shows a module-not-found err
please help is anyone has faced the same issue

This looks like a vscode / environment issue.  I don't think we can be of much help here.

To add on to this - maybe your installations are not pointing/ set to the path variable.

But as Brian pointed out it is more of a vscode error.

I believe this is an issue of VSCode not properly identifying your virtualenv. It is really not due to any library issue.
