ENB: Enhancing @jupytext yourself

PR #4138 is now code complete. I'll merge it soon.

This Engineering Notebook post discusses enhancements to @jupytext that you can make yourself without my permission. There are two tasks you might like help doing:

Create notebook markup for new cells

Leo's abbreviations and @button nodes are the obvious choices.

Hide notebook markup

This task requires a plugin. @jupytext triggers these events:

- after-reading-external-file.

- before-writing-external-file events.

- create-node.

I doubt this task is feasible, but these events make the task conceivable.

Summary

The PR provides the necessary tools to enhance your experience of @jupytext.
