New scripts in leo/scripts

All my .cmd scripts now reside @clean nodes in the leo/scripts folder in the devel branch.

Why did I never do this before? It's so much easier to manage the scripts within Leo!

I've updated LeoPyRef.leo so it contains the new @clean nodes.
