First merge of beauty branch into devel. Work continues in beauty

This is the first of possibly several merges of the beauty branch into devel. Work will continue in the beauty branch as soon as #1321 is completed.

Imo, the new code (in devel) is likely to be significantly better than the old. Only leoBeautify.py is significantly affected.

Please feel free to test the beautify-* or black-* commands in devel. Please report any problems except for...

#1324: At present Leo's beautify commands can create pet peeves, as discussed in pep8. These may have been around for a long time. They escaped my notice until I just now reviewed pep8. As soon as I saw the "pet peeves" section I knew I may have overlooked them.

Summary

The code in beautify is almost surely more solid than before. Work will continue in the beauty branch as soon as #1321 is completed.

#1324: Leo's beautify commands create too much space within parentheses and curly/square brackets. These pet peeves are serious, and may have existed for a long time.
