Wanted: users of leo/extensions/asciidoc3

This new folder is supposed to solve #1330.

I created this folder by downloading asciidoc3-3.1.0.zip from this page.

Important: I unzipped the .zip file into a folder that I created, called asciidoc3.  If I hadn't created that folder, unzipping would have spewed files all over my desktop!

As mentioned in #1330, it's possible to import asciidoc3 from that folder.  Actually using the contents of the folder is another matter.  I'll look into this briefly today.   I would appreciate any help from other interested people.
