This vscode issue https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/127204 is a feature that would be nice to get resolved for leointeg (and perhaps many other open source extension obviously) 

The way they manage priorities is, in part, by users participation and 'likes/thumbs up'. So if you feel inclined please do give this issue a thumbs up to help get things moving along :)

Emoji reactions are on the top right menu of a post. I've now added the first thumbs-up so you can just click that.
