Missing initialization method call in leobridge.py

This method call is missing from leobridge.py when initializing after starting up:

g.app.loadManager.createAllImporterData()

I had to add it in leointeg's server in order to import files successfully. It should be done in leobridge.py automatically if I'm not mistaken :)

(Let me know if/when it's moved to the devel branch of Leo, and I'll remove it from leointeg's server)

I have created #1965 for this issue. PR #1966 contains the general fix, to leoBridge.py.

Please let me know how this works for you. Neither leoserver.py nor leoInteg should need to change.

I'll merge the ekr-bridge branch into devel after I hear from you.
