From the summary of this unanimous decision.

QQQ
The court holds for the foregoing reasons that IEEPA does not authorize any of the
Worldwide, Retaliatory, or Trafficking Tariff Orders.
...
This conclusion entitles Plaintiffs to judgment as a matter of law; as the court further finds
no genuine dispute as to any material fact, summary judgment will enter against the United States.
...
The challenged Tariff Orders will be vacated and their operation permanently enjoined.
There is no question here of narrowly tailored relief; if the challenged Tariff Orders are
unlawful as to Plaintiffs they are unlawful as to all.

This is the best news I've read in a long time.

But note that the decision went on to say that there are other sections of law that the President could use to impose at least some tariffs. Still, it's a big one, all right.

The other news I saw this morning was that another court ruled that the above court's orders was invalid.

So I think there will be many twists and turns in this matter.

The U.S. debt issue is a huge problem. It is caused by years of systematic structure. I think tariffs may be able to bring some manufacturers back to the U.S. with artificial intelligence or robots. But I think it is quite difficult. At least in terms of the entire industrial chain.

To be honest, I think the development of the whole thing to the current stage, looking back now, It may be a destined step, And this kind of entanglement takes a long, long time.
