Qt docker? [via] [leo-editor/leo-editor] [modes] need Elixir support (#1258)

base github clone, checkout devel branch -> launchLeo.py

discover Panes bse Qt-docker is not same old, look atta. snap;

i can not easy make log pane down tree, and NOT use body's pane...

so from
/opt/bin/leo-editor/leo/modes/

cp elixir.py

support Elixir

but, when i import .exs file, Leo Say unknow_language,
import .erl , Leo can auto give @language erlang;

of course, can base Leo develop Elixir now ;-)

When attempting to change Leo's layout, make sure you run Leo with --init-docks.
