Discuss: retire 'debug' and 'db-*' commands

I never use these commands, and I'm not sure they are ever useful.

What do you think?

I've never used them either.  I don't really know how are expected to be use in practice.  I'd say that if @ekr doesn't use them then they are not very practical, and deprecating them should be fine.

After creating #2258, I have changed my mind and have marked the issue "Won'tDo", for the reasons given in the issue.

I'll admit that these commands have borderline usefulness, but they represent significant work that I don't want to abandon at this time.
