Write your own asciidoctor/pandoc work flow

The new code in leo/core/leoAsciidoctor.py and viewrendered.py should be useful all by itself.

I'd just like to point out, should anyone need variations on this code, that the code is quite simple.  Anyone with even modest python scripting capabilities should be able to roll their own code.

Here are the methods to study/adapt:

In leoAsciiDoctor.py

- adoc.write_root & helpers

- adoc.run_asciidoctor

- adoc.run_pandoc

In viewrendered.py

- vr.update_asciidoc & helpers

- vr.update_pandoc & helpers

Edward, thanks a lot for that great variety of formats Leo supports!

Before I met Leo I had enormous amount of personal docs in markdown (which is pretty nice to edit in vim).

But actually markdown is quite poor and is not that attractive w/o html extensions.

Then I tried rst since it was kinda default format for Leo (of version 5,9 at that moment).

Actually I didnt like it - it's not that intuitive as markdown (though stronger and cleaner).

Now you introduced me adoc smoothly integrated into Leo (which becomes my favorite text editing tool) and looks like

that adoc may become the main format for my docs.

But w/o VR integration I wouldn't even look into it.

Leo definitely the strongest docs editing tool ever!
