The next release will be called 6.2

I have just relabeled all open issues as follows:

- 6.2 contains what used to be 6.1.1 issues. It will happen fairly soon.

- 6.3 items will likely happen this year.

- 6.4 items will happen later, or not at all.

The 6.3 and 6.4 lists are fluid. Don't read too much into them. There will be considerable movement between them.

Let me know if an item should have higher priority.
