1. PR #2885: Last-minute fixes

This PR contains minor bug fixes and improved annotations suggested by the recent qt6-only work. See the PR for details.

2. PR #2886: setup.py now requires pyqt 5.15+ and python 3.9+. Thanks to Thomas for this catch.

Leo is code complete

I plan no further work on Leo for Leo 6.7.0. In fact, there are no items scheduled for 6.7.1 (the rest of the year!!).

Please continue your excellent and thorough testing. Leo 6.7.0 is coming soon!
