I have just created #3874 as a placeholder for my recent prototype work on creating a Rust version of leoTokens.py.

As mentioned in #3874, rust_beautifier.leo in leo-editor-contrib now contains a reference copy of the .leo file I used in that work.

This announcement is the last step in completing my work with Rust.
