Jupyter lab extensions are npm packages. See this page.

LeoVue uses npm packages. See this page.

So it would seem that LeoVue might form the basis of an extension that embeds Leo into Jupyter lab!

This is pure speculation. First, it would be wise to examine what Jupyter lab plugins already exist. It's not clear that Leo has much to offer the Jupyter world.
