PR #3709 provides better warnings if a user (as I did) installs enchant rather than pyenchant.

PR #3711 adds several version-related constants to leoGlobals.py and deprecates g.CheckVersion. Leo no longer uses this method, but it will remain for compatibility.

These PRs should be benign, but we shall see.

Please report any problems immediately.
