FYI: Removed "Maybe" label and 6.5 milestone

You could say that issues without a milestone have an implicit "Maybe" label. That is, none are guaranteed to be done.

As always, the best way to lobby for an issue is to do it yourself.

I considered adding an "Editor" label for issues that are primarily about editor features. It turns out that the label applies to most issues, so there is no need for extra clutter. Sure, editor issues are important, but such issues are neither reasons for using Leo, nor conversely, reasons for not using Leo.

In other words, the sabbatical will focus on non-editor issues.
