Leo 6.6 is nearly code complete

Only one issue remains open, #2489. I have finished work on this issue, pending further testing.

At present, it seems that Leo 6.6 final is on schedule to go out the door a week from today.

No more open issues or PR's remain.  All code is in devel.

Félix plans one more PR on leoserver.py. Other than that, I think we can say that 6.6 is code complete.

Please test devel and report any problems.  I am quite willing to delay 6.6 final as necessary.

Heh. I have found add two new minor issues. I should finish them in a day or two.

Two new PRs fix these issues.  The PRs have been merged into devel.
