PR #4085 has been merged into the "devel" and "6.8.2" branches. Many thanks to Thomas for all his contributions in this area.
The only remaining work scheduled for Leo 6.8.2 is #4083, which suggests improving the docstrings of some of the layout commands.
In short, Leo 6.8.2 is functionally complete now and will be code complete soon.
