Delete caches if you have been affected central widget issues

Re #1196: Phantom dock widget.

Please clear your caches if you use a non-standard value for @string central-dock-widget.

If you don't, you would have to remember to use --init-docks on all your files.

Excellent. The body as central widget fixed all of the visibility issues with Find/Spell/Tabs and allows me the flexibility to put each dock widget right where I want them. The behaviour of the Rendered widget is fixed in that it now behaves the same as the other widgets.

I can now enjoy a two pane configuration with zero loss of functionality and no worries about nesting something with the body.

I'm relieved that these problems did not pollute 6.0 b1.
