Schedule for Leo 6.4 final

I plan to release Leo 6.4 final sometime in the week of July 26 through July 30.

Félix, please let me know if you would like more time.

Gimme 2-3 days to test the waters with the EFC main issue of the beta so far. Then I'll know for sure if this is enough or if I need more than a week or two...

(Related note: Aug 10 is the 2nd year anniversary, so I'd REALLY like to get 6.4 final & a real "leointeg 1.0" up and running before then!)

It's a good goal, but not a straightjacket. I am confident that we can both meet that goal.
