Leo 6.5 is code complete

The only remaining item, #2232, suggests covering leo.commands with unit tests.  I'll start work that item soon.

Actually, it would be correct to say that Leo itself is finished. At present there are no other items on any to-do list.  For example, there are no items scheduled for Leo 6.6.

I'll be considering what's next for me and Leo in the next week or so :-)
