PR #4203 supports `@language vue` and creates a new pattern for cooperation between mode files.

This PR marks the end of decades of work on Leo's colorizer. As discussed in previous Engineering Notebooks, the result looks natural and effortless.

Leo's colorizer is likely more solid than ever before. Please continue the "devel" branch.
