FYI: Installing pyqt6 works on all platforms

Recent experiments show that installing pyqt6 is straightforward on all platforms. As a result, Leo's installers for 6.7.8 will only install qt6.

Installing only qt6 is an experimental policy. If all goes well, the next release (6.7.9) will remove support for qt5. For this release (6.7.8), Leo's code base will continue to support both qt5 and qt6.

The new policy carries little risk because only straightforward changes to "requirements.txt" and "pyproject.toml" are involved.
