Lentigram continous animation

Lentigram Bokeh effect is not just for 3D images but also useful to smooth animations and give them a sense of movement.

Here a design I've created with After Effect: 128 frames rendered with Bokeh on.

Looks great. Would be instructive to see a comparison with the same thing without Bokeh checked.

Here you are.


Because of cross talking it is not possible to store in this specific lens more than 8 images without interference, even if the resolution of the printer and the lens would allow theoretically to store up to 32 frames.

It is a matter of taste but I prefer the one with blurred movement.

Great, thanks. So if you did 128 frames without Bokeh it would be a mess?

When Bokeh is off, with a sequence of 128 frames, you will see some unpleasant artifacts as shown in this follow up video.
