Adding Ledger format to Rouge

Hey all,

A while ago, I started on implementing a lexer for Ledger format in Rouge, a syntax highlighting library written in Ruby. Notably, Rouge is used in Gitlab.

I've not had any time to pick up where I left off a while ago.

Is anyone interested in continuing my work?
