fail to follow the tutorial with Error of "AttributeError" about 'DataFrame'

Dear all,

I am a new user for LDSC. I follow the tutorial to perform the LD score regression intercept for schizophrenia GWAS and SNP heritability estimation for schizophrenia. The first step to merge data works well. However, the next step is fail. Could anyone give me some clue how to solve this problem please? The log is  in attachment.

Hi Bochao,

This error means you’re using an older version of pandas (0.16 or earlier). Updating your pandas to 0.17 or 0.18 should resolve this issue.
