Conversor de LaTeX para Word

Editor brasileiro quase nunca trabalha com TeX. Estou mandando para a Contraponto um livro todo composto em LaTeX, e me pediram para converter o arquivo para Word. Tem algum conversor disponível? Ou faço na mão mesmo?

Eu uso do Acrobat Pro. O resulto é excelente. Não há versão livre, mas a versão de demonstração, que inclui essa funcionalidade, é gratuita por 30 dias:
