Kovanam

Hi everyone,

         I am 25 yrs old and new to this group and love to wear kovanam. Can I stitch by my own or should I approach a tailor, which cloth types. Can anyone help me?

Hi 

Nice to hear that you are going to wear komanam and would advise you to continue wearing komanam lifetime . Never use readymade underwear under any circumstances.

You can use stiched komanam too but it is advisable to wear unstiched komanam preferably white of even red colour .

                                 Thank you for giving me the reply. Your advice is valuable for me as a biginner to komanam. I feel like komanam will be the best for me than the tight briefs I have been using. I would like to purchase the cloth as soon as possible. 

 I am thinking about to use a rectangular piece with one end which starts from front and runs to back side and returns back to the front barely covering butt cheeks. Is it mandatory to cover butt cheeks fully? Bcs I have seen both. How many komanam I may need per week? I welcome your suggestions...🙏

I am using pants with Zip and hook/button. Anybody help me how to pee while wearing such pants. Should I unzip and unhook as well? Does stitching the edges of my komanam cause discomfort?
