Lakeside Freethinkers meeting April 16 at Yves Restaurant from 4-6 PM

Greetings Freethinkers!

On April 16 starting at 4 PM at Yves restaurant in West Ajijic the Lakeside Freethinkers will discuss "The importance of keeping religion out of public education" and how doing so advances science, critical thinking, churches-state separation, and similar Freethinking objectives. “Freethinkers” are defined as atheists, agnostics, secular humanists, rationalists, and skeptics who reject supernatural beliefs."

We'll gather at 4 PM, have the bulk of the meeting, and then order so we can dine at around 5:30 PM, and continue discussion until about 6 PM. I look forward to seeing you all and sharing our ideas in another fruitful discussion !

Please RSVP so we can reserve a spot at the table for you.

Unfortunately I am returning to the US on Tuesday, March 31, and will be back only sometime in June.

However, I would like to meet up with you today or tomorrow and give you my share of the scholarship fund contribution, if you are available. 

Do you like in Ajijic or elsewhere? I am in Ajijic Centro, near the Plaza.

Hi Lloyd,

I just sent meeting  'confirmation notes' to Linda/Peter and Jimi.

Of course, after reading Vijay's message, now I can think of something that should be added to the next LF email:   a $$ collection for our student's tuition.   This April will probably be the last in-person meeting until the fall.

When I send out the next  group email, I'll add a reminder about that!
