      Help for Fatima

Hello Lakeside Freethinkers,

The next donation of 6000 pesos is now due for Fatima, the University of Guadalajara student we have been assisting for 5 semesters. 

Donations have been averaging 500 pesos (about $25) per person per semester, or 1000 pesos a year. If you are lakeside, I can arrange to pick up your donation, or if not, please tell me the amount you want to pledge and I’ll get it when you return.

Fatima has an excellent GPA, volunteers with the LCS children’s art program, plays both the piano & violin and is very personable as well. With our financial assistance, she will continue her studies in the field of bio- pharmacology.
