Volunteer(s) Needed! Year-end Banquet

We can’t wait to celebrate our talented team, mentors and the broader community that made this season possible at the year-end banquet on Friday, May 31. 

And, we need a volunteer or volunteers to help organize this celebratory event. 

Volunteering includes: 

• Securing location (last year the Lake Oswego HS cafeteria was used)
• Sending event details and collecting RSVPs
• Ordering/organizing food and drinks (last year they did Chipotle catering, parents brought desserts and drinks)
• Setting up tables / decorations
• Organizing clean up
• Coordinating with Renee Liu and Mr Sperry to develop ceremony content
• Enlisting other volunteers to help with elements of the above (can use signup genius or other means)

Kara, as the parent leads why don't you or Radhika just organize a Signup Genius for these specific tasks below as I previously suggested to you, and parents can sign up to help there?  That would be much easier.
