Problem creating EC2 instance using the AWS CloudFormation template file

I would like to know if anyone could give me an advice. I am currently trying to follow this tutorial https://doc-kurento.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/installation.html#installation-aws but the stack is never created. It takes a few minutes until all i get is "CREATE_FAILED". This might be a really small problem but i really cannot find a way to solve it, so I would be very greatful if someone can give me a hint.

Download the CF template file:

https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/aws.kurento.org/KMS-Coturn-cfn-6.16.0.yaml

and edit it to make the same changes than in this commit:

https://github.com/Kurento/adm-scripts/commit/f925015d97e62466d2015400fe805a25b84ec12b

Then, you can upload your modified template to the CF wizard. Assuming the problem was that the WaitCondition was failing, this should solve it.
