Exception Request for VEP #160 (PR#16350)

I would like to request an exception for PR #16350 that implements VEP #160 which adds a config option to opt-out kubevirt's role aggregation.

The PR has been approved and lgtm'ed and it's on the merge queue since last night.

If it won't make it by the time of the release branch cut-off (which is EOD), I would like to request it to be backported into release-1.8 branch.
