[kubevirt-dev] CI Workloads Cluster Upgrade - 4th October

Hi everyone,

As there looks like there is going to be low demand for the CI workloads cluster tomorrow, I have decided to take the opportunity to carry out a patch version upgrade of the workloads cluster.

I will aim to complete the upgrade between 8am - 12pm UTC - 14th October.

There may be a small bit of impact to running prowjobs that get drained from nodes that are being upgraded. This will be monitored and the impacted jobs will be retriggered.
