[ANNOUNCE] LeaderWorkerSet v0.5.0 released!

Hey everyone, 

We just released LeaderWorkerSet v0.5.0!

Some highlights include:

1. Various rolling update bug fixes by adding controller revision
2. Support for TPU multihost using Ray 
3. Improved events and logs

Thanks to all the contributors that worked on issues for this release! Feel free to open Github issues with feature requests and contribute to the repository.

If we want to understand customers' usage of multi-host inference through LWS, do we have any keyword or metrics to query against?
