SIG Network leadership changes

Hello all,

Effective immediately, I will be stepping down as (co) chair of SIG Network, and I am nominating Bowei Du as my replacement.

Bowei has been part of SIG Network for as long as I can remember, and has been involved in many projects over the years. I expect this will be uncontroversial, but if someone has questions or concerns they can contact me or one of the other SIG TLs or chairs.

I will remain in my role as (co) SIG TL. 

Let's go with Lazy Consensus - no significant arguments before EOD Aug 29 (California time) represents approval.  Fair?

A quick follow-up.  I didn't mean for this to sound like an urgent emergency.  We, SIG Net chairs, have been discussing how to expand the coverage and make room for new leaders for quite some time. I just felt like it was time for me to acknowledge the reality that I've had less time for these responsibilities lately, and I don't see it changing. 

I figured one week for consensus was sufficient, but I'm not in a rush.  I just don't think it's going to be controversial.  Bowei is as qualified a nomination as I can imagine. :)
