Bringing the multicluster-runtime controller under SIG-MC

Hey All,

As discussed in our last meeting, it seems that there’s strong interest in bringing 

the https://github.com/multicluster-runtime/multicluster-runtime experiment under sig-multicluster as we continue to develop the concept (see

https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/controller-runtime/pull/2746).

SIG-MC seems like the natural home, and as sigs.k8s.io/multicluster-runtime it is likely to get better visibility, feedback, and contribution.

Any thoughts or concerns? If so, please share.

Wow, it's very cool/elegant extension of controller-runtime!

(I understand controller-runtime's recent generics support is really powerful)

+1 for hosting in official sigs org, love to see.

As pointed out, integrating with ClusterProfile looks also really cool.
