[RFC] ContribEx main meeting time change? (9:30PT -> 9:00PT)

Hey there everyone,

This is somewhat selfish^^;;; but would anyone have any issue with our regular (currently) weekly meeting moving 30 minutes earlier to 9am PT? There are a two reasons for this:

- Earlier will mean it's not quite as late for our APAC and EU contributors

- ...I also now have a permanent conflict at 10am PT :x

Let's leave this open setting the lazy conesus for the end of the week, Friday January 29th.

It would also make it easier for me. Hour-long meetings on the
half-hour are hard to accomodate.

+1, agreed. Sometimes it blocks two effective hours instead of one.

+1, and love making things easier for everyone to participate; I should be able to make at least the first 30min of that more regularly if we move it, too.
