Steering Committee Nomination: Jordan Liggitt (@liggitt)

Hello everyone,

I'd like to nominate Jordan Liggitt for the Steering Committee.

Jordan has worked on the project since before 1.0.  Once sigs were created, he was deeply involved in several (apimachinery, auth, arch, cli, app, etc) and was a chair and later tech lead for sig-auth.  He demonstrates attentiveness, fairness, and patience when considering any kind of issue.  I think he'd be a good addition to the steering committee.
