Krusader Vertical Scrollbars

I recently updated to Deepin 20.4 and found the vertical overlay scrollbars in the KDE apps didn't work normally. They disappear after a few seconds and running the mouse cursor over the scrollbar doesn't bring it back. 

Is there anyway to turn off overlay_scrolling in the KDE apps?
