Disable KIO for Krusader and Dolphin

For some bug I  can not localize, KDE is ignoring the non-proxy exceptions a put in "Proxy preferences", where I told explicity to not use proxy for FTP and some IP's. This makes that each time I try to connect thru FTP Krusader (and dolphin) says "The proxy kind is invalid for this operation". I'm sure is a KDE / KIO issue cause non-kde based file explorers like "Caja" (it's not using KIO) works like a charm with FTP in the same configuration. In fact, nowadays I need to use Caja instead Krusader cause this problem.

So, please, does anyone knows who to avoid that Krusader use KIO?
