Krusader will not recognize my wife's tablet. But Thunar
does.

Symptom:
Error: Protocol mot supported by Krusader
http://mtp://[usb:002,010]

Would you please consider adding MTP support to Krusader?

Krusader does support MTP through KDE libraries. You need to install KDE or at least KDE KIO libraries.

Using kio-extras doesn't solve the bug. It's 2018 and MTP is not working in KDE out of the box, while is working fine in Gnome desktop and forks. A discussion about this is in KDE bugs forum, but unfortunately, is not a priority.
