I have just raised an issue at https://github.com/Kotti/Kotti/issues/528 about py-bcyrpt installation.

Can anyone tell me where this is used please? I want to try bcrypt instead, which installs OK.

Thanks ...

Richard

Why 2.0.0? The latest version on PyPI is 3.1.3 right now
(https://pypi.python.org/pypi/bcrypt/3.1.3).

Thanks - I wll try bcrypt instead. I don't understand why I could not find that usage earlier though.

Thanks Davide - that looks useful.

I should almost certainly use a VM instead, as developing on Windows is often problematic. I did have a good reason for not using Oracle's VirtualBox earlier but I can't remember why now!

Cheers,

Richard
