I've made some progress during my migration of a site from 8 to 9.
Mostly knop_nav.

Are these changes compatible with 9.3?

FWIW, I've got a couple of projects in my queue that will fund
some of the changes to Knop for Lasso 9.3.

I've created a new branch for this work in progress. It may be
used with both Lasso 9.2 and 9.3.

I'll pull substantive changes from v9.3 into master when I next
have an opportunity. Meanwhile, pull requests may be submitted
to the v9.3 branch.
